Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Classes - Boot Camp

Boot Camp

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. High intensity interval training combined with full-body strength training designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and give you the MAX calorie burn.

Wednesdays, 6-7pm
Saturdays, 9-10am

Classes - Yoga

Yoga

Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Designed for all fitness levels.

Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45pm
Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00am
Saturdays, 10:30-11:30am
