Boot Camp with Tonni
No two workouts are the same. Boot Camp with Tonni mixes functional training, conditioning, and strength-building exercises into a fun, fast-paced class that challenges your entire body. Expect a supportive atmosphere, plenty of variety, and a workout you’ll be proud to finish.

Yoga
Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Designed for all fitness levels.
